One take. Every language.

Redubbed is AI dubbing for celebrity video. It finds the moments worth watching in any interview, premiere or film, then dubs them into new languages in the star's own approved voice.

Dubbing into Spanish

Nunca pensé que esta escena cambiaría mi vida.

The problem

Most of the world has never heard them speak.

A star gives an interview in one language. Fans everywhere else get a shaky reupload, an auto-translated caption or nothing. Traditional dubbing is built for feature films, not for a 40-second clip that peaks by tomorrow.

4 in 5people don't speak English. About 1.5 billion do, under a fifth of the world.1
Over 1/3
of all Netflix viewing in the second half of 2025 was non-English titles. Audiences already cross languages.2
25%+
of watch time came from a video's non-primary languages, on average, for YouTube creators who added multi-language audio.3

How it works

One upload.
Six frames.

Redubbed does the job of an editor, translator and voice booth as one continuous reel.

01

Roll

Upload a file or paste a link. Long junkets and full films are welcome.

junket_final.mov1 hr 52 min · 4K

02

Cut

AI watches everything, scores every moment and cuts the ones with a hook, a payoff and a clean ending.

03

Adapt

Dialogue is rewritten to be spoken aloud and fit the original timing, keeping names, jokes and references.

“Did you really do the stunt yourself?”

¿De verdad hiciste tú misma esa escena?

Rewritten to fit her timing. Names stay locked.

04

Dub

Each speaker is revoiced with a model they approved. Lips follow, and the music and crowd stay put.

05

Reframe

Every dubbed clip is resized for its platform and keeps the speaker in shot. Add subtitles if you want them.

Anatomy of a dub

It shouldn't sound dubbed. That's the whole job.

  1. Their voice, by permission

A model built from samples the talent approved, so the dub sounds like the star and not a stock narrator.

  2. The performance carries over

Whispers, laughs and sarcasm are read from the source. Crosstalk is split, so each speaker keeps a voice.

  3. Lips that follow the new line

Mouth movement is re-timed to the new language, so close-ups stop giving the dub away.

  4. The room stays in

Dialogue lifts out cleanly. Score, effects and audience reaction stay exactly as they were mixed.

  5. A reframe that follows the star

Wide shots become vertical without losing the speaker, even when the camera moves.

The case for Redubbed

Why this, why now.

In development

Redubbed is being built now. The demos on this page show the intended product, using illustrations and a fictional film.

Read the one-page brief

Demand is proven

Over a third of Netflix viewing is non-English,2 and YouTube opened multi-language audio to millions of creators in 2025.3 Platforms now carry the audio. Someone has to make dubs worth hearing.

The rules just changed

The EU AI Act's transparency rules, covering synthetic audio and deepfakes, began applying on 2 August 2026.5 Tennessee's ELVIS Act protects a person's voice from unauthorized AI imitation.6 A consent-first product turns those rules into an advantage.

AI dubbing tools market

$1.88B

forecast by 2030, up from $783M in 2023, per one analyst estimate.4 Estimates vary widely with how the market is defined, so treat it as a direction rather than a promise.

How it makes money

  • Subscriptions priced by dubbed minute
  • Custom contracts for studios and catalogs
  • A planned licensing fee on approved voices, shared with talent

Who it helps

  • Viewers who don't speak the original language
  • Fans who would rather listen than read, including people with low vision or low literacy
  • Performers, with control and pay when their voice travels

What funding unlocks

  • Voice consent and provenance infrastructure
  • Lip-sync and dub quality across scripts
  • A first pilot with talent teams

Q&A after the screening

Questions from the front row.

Is Redubbed available today?

Not yet. It's in development, and the demos here show the intended product using illustrations and a fictional film. Join the early-access list to hear when pilots open.

Can I dub any celebrity video I find online?

No. You'll need the rights to the footage and consent for the voice. Redubbed checks both before it dubs, so what you publish is safe to keep up.

How does auto-clipping pick the moments?

It looks at speech, faces, laughter, crowd reaction and how well a moment stands on its own. Each clip has a score and reason, and you can trim or reject any of them.

Can I fix a translation or the delivery?

Yes. You edit the script like a document, and only the line you changed is re-voiced. You can also adjust tone, pacing and pronunciation.

What do I get at the end?

Dubbed videos in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, separate audio stems and suggested titles for each language. Subtitle files are there if you want them.

Will viewers know it's AI?

Yes. Dubs carry machine-readable provenance and a visible disclosure, and Redubbed fills in the AI labels platforms ask for.

But it's only the first reel. Get in line for the pilot.
